Update 1.2

This update was mostly updates to command syntax and ease of use:

• The combat list no longer automatically sorts players based on their initiative
  • To compensate, a "sort" command was add
• Revamped the "add" and "remove" command
  • Removed "add <name> <initiative>" command
  • Remove "add <name> roll <modifier>" command
  • Removed "add_bulk <amount> <name> roll <modifier>" command
  • Removed "remove_bulk @<name> <start> <end>" command
  • There is now only one add command, "add <name> <initiative> <option>"
    • <initiative> can be a number or a dice roll. You can roll a die with "d20", "1d20-1", or anything you wish
    • <option> is optional, and by default adds players to the end of the combat list
• Changed "remove_bulk" command name to "removeb"
• Changed "add_bulk" command name to "addb"
